Remember way back in January when you promised yourself you’d get fitter this year? Well, here’s your chance to keep a New Year’s Resolution for a change!
We’ve put together a 9 week training programme to get you to the starting line of the Affidea ExpressCare Rock ‘n’ Roll Dublin race series. The sense of achievement when you cross that finishing line after weeks of hard work will keep you buzzing until next year!
Below are some training plans for the various distances, but it’s important not to worry about how fast you run. Don’t sweat (!) if you have to stop and walk for a bit – this is not a competition, it’s just you against yourself.
