Affidea Waterford launches regional call centre at diagnostics clinic in Ardkeen

Just over one year since Affidea Waterford opened our state-of-the-art medical scanning facility to offer the people of Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny and Tipperary quick and easy access to MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray and DXA scans, as part of a €20 million investment in the Irish healthcare sector in the last three years, we are proud to invest further in healthcare in the South East with the launch of our first regional call centre and the creation of 10 new jobs locally.

Appointments Centre Manager Donal McGarry said; “Waterford’s new call centre supports, and is supported by, our large Appointments Centre in Dublin; bringing the total number of customer service agents to twenty-five.”

“This satellite centre will provide greater access and support to patients in the Munster region, and I am thrilled with the high calibre of team members we have found so far. The entire staff in the centre couldn’t be more helpful, working as a unified team to provide exceptional care.
