Patients Please note: With the reduction in access for patients in both public & private hospitals we are experiencing a surge in referrals and people looking for appointments. We have engaged a third party provider to assist in handling call volumes and answering emails but patients will still face delays in getting through to our call centre. Normally it takes 2 to 3 days from time of receipt of referral to contacting patients to arrange an appointment. This turnaround time has unfortunately increased as a result of Covid. We are working to get through the increased volumes as quickly as possible but we would ask patients to wait for 72 hours after submission of your referral before contacting us. We appreciate that this is a difficult time for everyone and thank you for your patience
